Acupuncture
The insertion of fine microfilament needles into points on the body where energy ebbs and flows. There is generally very little pain, a dull ache is expected. Sharp pain is not. This is not the standard type of needle that is used in vaccination so the sensation is much different. Most people find Acupuncture pleasurable and relaxing.
Trigger Point Release
Also known as "Dry Needling", where taut bands of muscle fiber are released with an Acupuncture needle which will give complete relief of Musculoskeletal pain when a trigger point or knot is involved.

Acupressure, Massage, Bodywork
Palpation or touch is an important part of diagnosis and treatment. Many times sensitive points can be stimulated by Acupressure alone. A light massage generally concludes most back treatments.
